We love having our wine club join us for events and this dinner is the best event of the year. Our Team, alongside our Winemaker, Scot, works closely with the Team at Peloton Catering and Chef Tim to put this on. The menu is exquisite and well thought out.
The evening consisted of fresh Hawaiian swordfish and fresh pappardelle pasta paired with our 2010 Russian River Chardonnay. We went on to taste the 2011 Russian River Pinot Noir from a magnum that was paired with Sous Vide Moullard Duck Breast. The night went on with a warm room filled with laughter and lots of wine and conversation.
We sipped on a Shitake Veloute with truffle broth… YUM!!
Our winter Winemaker Dinner is the top notch, best wines + best foods paired together to make perfect harmony and satisfy every sense!
