Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
5 1/4cup Flour
1 1⁄2 tsp Baking Soda
2 1⁄2 cup Butter
1 1/2cups Sugar
2 1/4cups Brown Sugar, Packed
3 tsp Salt
6 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 1/4 cups Chocolate Chip, Minis
Whisk the flour and baking soda together.
Brown 1 1/2cups of butter over medium high heat, stirring constantly. Set aside and allow
to cool for 5 minutes. Meanwhile cream both of the sugars and remaining 1 cup of butter
in a stand mixer fitted with a paddle. With the machine running on low, slowly add the
browned butter, salt and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Add Eggs and mix until smooth.
With the machine on low, slowly add the flour mixture. Mix until combined. Add the
chocolate chips and mix until well incorporated.
