Monie’s Clam Dip

It wouldn’t be a party in Sonoma County with some good ol’ fashioned clam dip!!

  • 1 8oz can minced clams or more if you like
  • 1 garlic clove, cut in half
  • 1 8oz package cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
Method:  Drain clams, reserve 1/4 cup liquid.  Rub mixing bowl with garlic.  Combine clams, clam liquid, softened cream cheese and remaining ingredients, mixing until well blended.  Chill and serve with chips or crackers. PAIR THIS: Any of your favorite sparkling wines! We love Trione Brut of course but are also partial to the Iron Horse Wedding Cuvee. Happy Cooking & Entertaining!
