We hooped it up in the tasting room with wine and food pairings created by Peloton Culinary & Catering . Featuring our 2014 Sparkling Brut and a bright tasting Brussels leaf stuffed with cheve, and a citrus shrimp. It is divine! The recipe will be featured in Steppin’ Out magazine in the Spring/Summer issue, coming out in April. We will post it here too, so stay tuned.
Another huge hit was this bread pudding with cranberry-cherry preserve. Delightful, rich, and perfect paired with our 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon!
Next door, in the Old Stone Building, we had the famous Sonoma Band: BackTrax rocking out to all the songs we know and love to sing along to! Not a dull moment here at Trione!
