Fresh and Easy Guacamole Dip

Trione Sauvignon Blanc & guacamole dip

  • 6 ripe avocados, peeled and cubed
  • 2 ripe but firm tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 small red onion, minced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
  • Juice from 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A dash of Cayenne Pepper
Method:  Soak the onions in the lime juice and set aside. Mix avocado up and mash with a fork, add in tomatoes, cilantro, and onions and lime juice and mix well so flavors blend. Add seasoning, mix well and serve with your favorite tortilla chips and salsa. This dish pairs well with Trione Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé or Chardonnay.
