Members Pickup Day – September 16th

September 16 @ 11:00 am - 4:30 pm

Enjoy the afternoon at Trione! We will have eats by Peloton Culinary & Catering and great new wines. We will be doing a walking tasting this time with stations, you'll be greeted with wine and then directed to your first wine and food pairing station where you'll hear all about the wines. At the next station, hear about the pre-release wine and our food pairing, and finally finish inside with wine and chocolates and to pickup your wines as well as any additional purchases. We are excited for this new format. It'll be a great way for you to meet our new team and us to chat with you!

This is the time for the Estate Guild, Five Ranches, and Founder's Members to pickup their early Fall selections and re-order for the "additional 10% off" offer.
Reservations are 11:00am, 1:00pm, and 3:00pm.  This is free for members (up to four people total including members).

Reservations must be made, walk-ins cannot be accepted.

Sept. 6: Pick up members Club orders will be charged
Sept. 8: Pick up members can begin to pickup Club orders
Sept. 16: Member pick up day, reserve your spot today!
Oct. 15: 
Last day for extra 10% off Club selection re-orders
Oct. 16: Orders not picked up will begin to ship to address on file

Sept. 25: Last day to make changes for Ship-to members
Sept. 26: Ship-to member's orders will be charged
Oct. 2: Ship-to members orders will ship
Oct. 15: Last day for extra 10% off Club selection re-orders


The fine print
Event No-Show Charges
Wine Club events take considerable preparation plus the cost incurred for catering. No shows are costly and therefore, any reservation made for a Wine Club event that is “no-showed” will incur the full cost of the value (wine, food, rentals, staff) charged to the member’s account. All no shows, whether they are individuals in a party or the entire party, will be charged based on the event. If you make a reservation for any club event (whether the event is complimentary or charged for tickets) and you “no-show”, meaning, you do not cancel or reduce the party count for that reservation within 5 days of the event date, your account will be charged for each reservation. The cost will be based upon the type of event. Please cancel with us in a timely manner so that we do not have to charge for no-shows.
