Prepare to be dazzled as we present an unforgettable evening that will immerse your senses in the world of exceptional winemaking. Trione Winery proudly invites you to our exclusive Winemaker Dinner on August 19th, featuring the unveiling of our remarkable new winemaker, John Duckett.

With over 12 years of expertise gained at the prestigious Jordan Winery, John has brought his passion and craftsmanship to Trione. John uses our estate fruit to create wines that captivate the palate and embody the essence of our unique farming techniques and sustainable methods.

On this extraordinary evening, we will take you on an enchanting journey, leading you from vine-to-glass and farm-to-fork.

Prepare to have your senses ignited! We’ll tantalize your taste buds, captivate your nose, and enthrall your eyes with an experience unlike any other. In the Trione wine cellar, you will be the first to indulge in our highly anticipated 2022 vintage wines. Sample the new Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and the renowned Henry’s Blend, right from the barrel with John.

Immerse yourself in the evolution of our winemaking. John will share his personal style, philosophies, and the exceptional qualities that make working with our estate fruit an unrivaled joy. Chef Tim from Peloton Culinary has curated a selection of small bites that pair with our barrel-aged wines. This creates an enchanting symphony of flavors.

As the evening progresses, step into our historic stone building, a relic of 1908, where the true magic unfolds and local flautist, Francesca Vrattos will play delightful tunes. 

Embark on a sensory exploration. Sample and savor our wines side-by-side, indulging in a four-course menu that seamlessly weaves together plated and family-style dishes. Experience the remarkable interplay of our wines paired with food. Enjoy the 2019 Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the very first vintage of Henry’s Blend alongside our 2018, and the breathtaking late harvest Sauvignon Blanc. Surrounded by kindred spirits, both locals and visitors, revel in the lively ambiance and laughter that fills the air.

Our locally inspired menu celebrates the finest ingredients sourced from the bountiful farms nestled in our backyard. Each dish is a testament to the vibrant flavors and culinary mastery that make our region renowned.

*Cancellations made 21 days prior to the event- a 50% charge will still apply. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event- no refunds will be made.  Due to the nature of our events, we cannot accommodate special dietary requests except for vegetarian.
