Winemaker Dinner August 20th

Join Winemaker, Scot Covington and the Trione family for an evening of sensational wines and excellent food. We are excited to introduce to you our new collection of Reserve wines. Guests at the dinner will be the first to sample this series of bottlings including our Reserve Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir.

We will kick-off the evening in our wine cellar with Scot as he shares barrel samples and describes how the Reserve wine program unfolded. Enjoy the vineyard views with seasonal appetizers as we dive deeper into the nuances of winemaking at Trione.  We will then continue the evening in the Old Stone Building indulging in a finely curated menu prepared with local, seasonal ingredients by Chef Tim of Peloton Culinary in the company of new and old friends.

As this is the official launch of our Reserve wine collection, members will have the opportunity to purchase a limited quantity the night of the dinner. Purchase your dinner tickets now to be able to experience these fine wines before anyone else!

Seating is limited. Tickets are $175 for members (up to six per membership at this price) and $200 for non-members.

About our Reserve Wines: 
Our Reserve series of wines are made in very small micro-lots totaling just four barrels per varietal (200 cases). Each wine is a single clone selection sourced from a single block in our estate vineyards, chosen for their high quality and best representation of terroir. Each varietal is then aged in a carefully curated barrel which has been selected from one single cooper specifically to showcase that varietal. Building these wines has been years in the making for Scot as he has fine-tuned his wine program.  Concentrating on single clones from single vineyard blocks and single barrel selections for a more exclusive wine. The result is a rich yet elegant wine bursting with flavor and beautiful aromas worthy of cellaring.


Cost includes food, wine pairings, and gratuity.

*Cancellations made 21 days prior to the event- a 50% charge will still apply. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event- no refunds will be made.  Due to the nature of our events, we cannot accommodate special dietary requests except for vegetarian.
