Returns | Cancellations

Trione Winery will replace or refund and bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or unsatisfactory. By law, we cannot receive returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to weather conditions during transit, wine that is ordered in error or packages that are unable to be delivered should the recipient not be available to sign for the product.

If an order is damaged in transit and returned by the carrier, you will either receive a full replacement order expedited for delivery or a full refund including shipping and handling charges.

Shipping Policy

All packages of wine require an adult signature upon delivery. Trione Winery is not responsible for packages that are returned after three delivery attempts. Any additional charges for reshipment will be at the expense of the recipient.

Address accuracy is the responsibility of the purchaser, any redirect or reship fees as a result of providing the wrong delivery address for an order will be charged over and above the original order total.

Sales Tax

California sales tax is charged for wine that is shipped to a California address or picked up at the winery. Some states outside of California require that we collect sales tax payable to that state. If we are required to collect sales tax for your state, the tax will be added to your invoice at checkout.

Direct Ship States

We are able to ship to most states, with the exception of Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah and West Virginia .

Extreme Weather Months | Weather Holds 

It is very important that our wines reach you with as little exposure to heat and cold as possible. So, during the peak winter & summer months, we recommend selecting Overnight or 2-Day Shipping options. Otherwise, we will place a hold on shipments to specific regions to ensure that the wine will not be subject to extreme weather for long periods of time.

You will receive an email notification informing you that your order will be held until we can determine a safe window to ship it. You can upgrade your shipping at that time or wait until the temperatures shift.
